Track: Immunodermatology

Sub-Track:
The purpose is to understand how the body's immune system operates inside the skin. The skin is not just a passive body shell-it is so much more. They are one of the body's primary immune organs. It is constantly being attacked by all kinds of foreign materials – viruses, chemicals, micro-organisms – and in order not to penetrate the skin and cause harm to those external elements in the environment, the body needs an intact immune system that stretches straight out to the skin surface.
