Pediatric dermatologists are experts in proper diagnosis and management of infant skin diseases, including proper management of pediatric medication. They provide medical and/or surgical treatment of skin conditions such as warts and other lesions of the skin. Many medical disorders in the childhood, such as growth of the infantile hemangioma blood vessel, are not seen in adults. Common conditions, like psoriasis, can present unique symptoms in children.
