A survey on the Chinese dermatologists' understanding of the application of moisturizers in the treatment of atopic dermatitis was conducted by questionnaire survey among 322 Chinese dermatologists. It was found that although all supported the application of moisturizers, there were many disagreements on the selection, use method, frequency, amount, and combination with anti-inflammatory drugs. There was also inconsistency in the brand and evaluation of common moisturizers. It is necessary to establish an expert consensus on the rational application of moisturizers for atopic dermatitis
