Undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia
Abstract
Undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (NDST) is a genetically determined condition characterized by defects in fibrous structures and the basic substance of connective tissue, leading to a violation of the formation of organs and systems, having a progressive course that determines the features of the associated pathology, as well as the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs.
Along with differentiated connective tissue diseases with phenotypic features caused by primary gene disorders, there are anomalies in the form of incomplete, erased, undifferentiated forms. These abnormalities are combined in connective tissue dysplasia (DST). They should be understood as such changes in CT, phenotypic and clinical manifestations in which, on the one hand, indicate the presence of a connective tissue defect, and on the other, do not fit into any of the known genetically determined syndromes of mesenchymal insufficiency.
